We charge a flat labor rate per repair and this cost will never be exceeded regardless of what it takes to accomplish the repair.
Response Time
Guaranteed same day response – if we receive the call before noon. Calls received after noon will be dispatched according to the availability of technicians, but no later than the next business morning.

Turn-around time
It is rare that we would not have the part to fix your printer in stock. However, should this situation arise and it is essential to getting your printer back on-line, we will order the part overnight at no extra cost to you.
Technician Qualifications
All of our technicians are required to undergo factory training and certification on the equipment they service.

Simply call our office or email us at hbacon@LaserAge.biz. When you call us directly, you will always get a friendly ‘live’ person during business hours who will answer your questions and take your service requests. We will immediately put into action whatever steps are necessary to address your needs or to resolve your problem.
Preventative Maintenance
Cleanings are free of charge to our toner cartridge customers. All printers are cleaned every 6 months. High volume printers are cleaned on an ‘as needed’ basis. This will be determined by Laser Age, Inc. as we get to know your needs. We will also clean any printer upon your request at any time. Printer cleanings are also provided with each service call.
Billing Options
We offer flexible payment options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or we can bill you monthly on a Net 30. We will adapt our system to handle your needs.
