- To respond to your service call same day, within hours. Afternoon requests will be the next business morning.
- To troubleshoot and give an exact quote for each printer repair at no charge. If you elect not to repair the printer, the service is free. This includes the rare occasion a printer requires in-shop troubleshooting.
- To have all the parts necessary to get your printer up and running. On the rare occasion a printer needs to be brought to the shop for repair, it will be returned to you at the start of the next business day.
- To never charge more than our standard flat labor rate per printer repair.
- To never charge a service call fee for a return call on a related problem.
- To never charge for transportation of equipment or supplies to or from our shop.
- To include a one year or 100,000 page warranty on all repairs except for consumables which have a lower page rating from the manufacturer.
- To track all repairs by printer serial number and supply a complete repair history for any piece of equipment we maintain, upon request.
- To provide preventative maintenance cleanings FREE of charge to all of our toner cartridge customers.
- To guarantee ‘perfect print’ from our toner cartridges or they are replaced for free.
- To work with end users to better understand the proper operation of their equipment. This is especially valuable with color laser jet operations. Also, accomplished free of charge.
- To require Laser Age technicians maintain a professional appearance and act respectfully at all times.
